I am really enjoying the January Kit of The Month called "Love, Etc...". It is brimming with wonderful images of florals, frames, feathered friends and lots and lots of L O V E! Below, I made a pretty little housewarming card and gift for a new neighbor. Nothing says welcome like Unity and chocolate chip cookies! hehe

Now, if you're like me, you are totally ready for summertime, whoo hooo! --only 4 months to go....lol. Until then, this awesome Unity set full of summer fun will definitely cure my winter blues! I love the versatility of this one--soo perfect for completing that summer vacation scrapbook you've been putting off (yes, I know!).
