Most favorite dessert? Only one? I might have seasonal, or ahem, monthly... :O)

Alright... I'll choose seasonal. Strawberry shortcake. With real whipped cream. And using a sponge cake, not a biscuit.

Sigh. Looks like I'm headed to Whole Foods today. :)

Thanks for the blog candy opportunity!

Denise ~ Paper Ponderings said...

Wow, the person ahead of me also said strawberry shortcake. I'm surprised! I'll take that any time, any day, store bought or home made...breakfast, lunch, or dinner...or even dessert!

Denise G said...

Yummy! I agree with Lisa how do you pick one? But, if I had to choose one... it would be bread pudding from Goofy's Kitchen in Disneyland.

Thank you for the opportunity to win some candy! I like this sugar free kind!

Congrats on the Gina K design team! And I can't wait to see what you create!

Too many favorite desserts to choose from, but something that I absolutely love and rarely eat is BANANAS FOSTER.

Judy Rozema said...

I am just so excited for you being with Gina K!

Let's see, I would have to say my favorite all-time dessert is called Melt In Your Mouth Dessert! I posted a recipe on my bog, since no one probably knows what that is - except that it is chocolate DIVINE! My favorite go-to, more common dessert is brownies without nuts! I can't ever turn them down!

Erika M. said...

Most favorite dessert - red velvet cake with homemade cream cheese frosting - my mother's is divine!!!Congrats on the design team gig and thanks for the opportunity to win some blog candy.

I'm a sucker for Creme Brulee! If it's on the menu, I absolutely get it, diet or not! :)

My favorite dessert of all time is homemade strawberry shortcake. Of course you can't go wrong with anything chocolate either.

Anonymous said...

I can't believe somebody else already posted it, but my favorite dessert is creme brulee. If it's on the menu, I have to have it, even if I'm way full. The most incredible creme brulee I ever had was at an Italian restaurant - it was as big as a dinner plate and I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. I actually had to take some home! Thanks for the fun -

ohhh, praying to the random god :) what a great candy package, sugar free, that's ME!!
My favorite dessert has to be a banana, I could eat bananas all day, every day :) since I don't do cake or anything with sugar I go for fruit and that's just my fav. Dried prunes are pretty neat too :) sortof like my walk-through the kitchen snack, hehe.

I used to make these butterscotch nut bars. They had sweetened condensed milk, walnuts, coconut and (I think) butterscotch chips - lost the recipe though. Boy were they yummy, terrible for the waistline though. Congrats on making the design team! ~chris

What spectacular blog candy- thanks so much for the opportunity to win! Hmmm... choosing a favorite dessert is difficult for me since I have a major sweet tooth. I love Homemade (the brand) cookies and cream ice cream and also chocolate molten cakes (they are like cupcakes but with a gooey center made of Baker's chocolate mixed with a few other ingredients). Yum!

Annelies said...

What a difficult question! On vacation the dessert buffet is always my favorite part of dinner. Because I never can choose I always end up with a full plate and by the end of the week I 've put on some extra kilos.
Let's pick cheese pie as my favorite!

Linsey, what a yummy stash of calorie free candy.
My favorite dessert ever was my Aunt Neva's (I was named after her) Italian Cream Cheeze Cake. Man oh man it would melt in your mouth. She died in 2001 and I miss her cakes at Christmas but I miss her so tremendously much. She was more like a Mom than an Aunt.
Thanks for the chance.

Congrats Linsey! They are so lucky to have you on the DT. My fav dessert has to be the hot fudge sunday at the Icon Grill. The best part is eating the cookie cone they fill with your hot fudge after you've dumped that onto the ice cream!

Ohhh, desserts. Fun talk! I'm really kind of simple because my favorite is homemade bread pudding (warm) with vanilla ice cream. I'm drooling just thinking about it. I don't make it too often because I'm the only one who likes it so I'm the only one who eats it. I'm like a dog after a bone...I just keep at it until it's gone. With that said, thank goodness your candy is guilt-free but yummy just the same. Thanks so much for sharing some.
