Taste The Rainbow!

Hi friends! I hope your week is shaping up to be a great one! I've been making a few cards to send out to some special friends in the hopes that it will brighten their day! And with the January Clearsnap Inspiration board to help me along, these cards were super easy and just plain fun to make! I'm loving my Clearsnap Colorbox inks too--they are so juicy and easy to blend, mmmm! Take a look at this fabulous rainbow of inspiration!

How does it inspire you? I found it to be so much fun and a definite cure to my winter blues! I made 2 mixed media cards and this first one I'll be entering into the Winnie & Walter 1st Birthday Bash/Distress Inks & Patterns Challenge with Mayuri.

I used to be scared of making my own backgrounds so I've always loved patterned paper--but with a little inspiration, a few stencils and your favorite ink, it's just a blast to make your own backgrounds! I'm really enjoying it! I'm entering the heart card into this week's FFC #71-Anything Goes challenge at Jo's Scrap Shack and a new one for me, Card Mania-CMC #64 Make It Sparkle!
