This is the card I created. It uses the small and large swirly flowers from Unity's August KOTM,
Remember Happiness. The bird on the branch and sentiment are from Unity's September KOTM,

other supplies used: white, deep chocolate cardstock and BG Sugared patterned paper; SU! ink in Pomegranate, Versafine ink in black, Tim Holtz distress ink in walnut stain; K. and Co. rhinestones, SU! 1 3/8" circle punch and scallop punch; pink photo corners, white gel pen; ribbon scrap and pop dots.
