Fun Fall Card Featuring Ribbon

Hi friends! I'm up over at the RRR blog today sharing a simple and fun Fall card featuring some of the lovely ribbons from the September Ribbon Club Assortment. This Halloween themed assortment consists of some ribbons that work beautifully for Fall and Autumn themed cards and projects alike. I love the versatility and value of the Ribbon Club Assortment. If you love gorgeous ribbon--duh!--and a great deal--double duh!--check out the RRR Monthly Ribbon Club! I used Black/White Striped Grosgrain and 5/8" Satin with Grosgrain Edge Tangerine.
A simple bow tied in the middle with the tangerine, some cardstock stickers and a few sequins finish this card.
And that's all for me today! Thank you for stopping by and hanging out. I hope you have a very wonderful and creative day!

Really Reasonable Ribbon August Blog Hop!

Hello there and happy Monday! It's time for the RRR August Blog Hop and if you're already hopping, then you should be arriving to me from KATHY'S amazing blog! If not, head over to the RRR Blog to start the hop!
This month, we are showcasing projects using the fantastic August Ribbon Club Assortment! This is a gorgeous mix of fresh fall colors and patterns and it's just perfect for all your Autumn creations! Guess what? You could win it! Just comment on each of the blog's along the hop including the RRR blog for your chance to win this crisp Autumn ribbon assortment.
I like to try to create a project that features as many of the ribbons from the assortment as possible. This time I designed a pretty crochet doily and ribbon dreamcatcher!
I've made one of these in the past and this one was just as enjoyable! I really like how it turned out too! I attached one of each of the fresh fall ribbons on the bottom loops of the doily, tightening each gently along the way.
They flow so nicely and I love the soft, pretty feel of it. The center is adorned with a few clear sentiment stickers and a cute fall scene. This will be so cute hanging from a spot on a small wall in a craft room or office cubbie. I hope it makes you feel like fall is in the air! 😊
Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you like my project and feel inspired to create something pretty with ribbons today! Your next stop on the hop is SHEILA! Have a great day--happy hopping and happy crafting!

All Bundled Up

Hi there crafty peeps! I hope everyone is having a great week and enjoying this Fall season so far. Although I am a summer girl at heart, there is such glory and beauty in every season and each is to be celebrated for its unique reasons and blessings.
And so as Autumn "falls" upon us, I feel the nostalia of my childhood and all the wonderful memories of Autumns past. I love the sound of the colorful fallen leaves crunch under my feet as I walk my maddie through the neighborhood, taking in the crisp air and the sights around me...the glorious view of Mt. Rainier (on a clear day), the spectacular trees as they shred their leaves, the beauty of nature simply being, just there for us to gaze upon...a truly awesome gift if you as me. =)
On the oher hand, its gettin downright COLD out there!!! I've already broken out the 3/4 length wool coat, scarf and mittens! Even this little furbaby from Clear Dollar Stamps is feelin' the chill in the air, but thankfully has its little hat and scarf--all warm n cozy now and ready for a nice Autumn stroll!

This darling pup is part of Billy and Maggie Fall Fun, a brand new set illustrated by Wendy Hall and is absolutely delightful!
Thanks for poppin' in! have a happy and creative day! Here is some of what maddie and I see on our fall walks......

Billy Fall Fun

Hello my friends and happy Wednesday. Here is a card I created with this most darling new stamp set from Clear Dollar Stamps, it's called Billy and Maggie Fall Fun, illustrated by the ever-so-talented Wendy Hall. This little guy is such a cutie and there's much more "fall fun" to be had with this great new set! I stamped the image twice, cutting Billy out and popping him up on the log. I colored using Copic Ciao markers and the Copic colorless blender.
Thank you for visiting my blog today! hugs and smiles and happy stampin' :)
