A Mini Monday with My Creative Time!

Happy Monday friends, I hope you had a wonderful weekend! Today I made some fun and simple 3x3 mini cards--great to have around for a quick note or make a set with a matching card box to give as a pretty homemade gift. I love the My Creative Time stamp set called "Happy Mail" SO much! It is extremely versatile and unique with everything from angel wings, to the cute pencil and scribble image, to the sweet lil snail and darling coordinating sentiments, plus lots more! Used with the Embossed Envelope Die, this set is a true staple for my collection.  I also love the brand new MCT set called "Script Type Backgrounds", it's big enough to cover my entire 3x3" card surface in one stamp and makes for a lovely handstamped background without needing any patterned paper whatsoever or add layers like I did by punching scalloped squares in an aqua floral pattern, then added my happy mail envies on top! Oops, I forgot to cuttle one of my envies with swiss dots LOL! :o

Sweet Carolina!

Oh, just look what I recieved from my sweet blogging and SCS friend, Carolina! I'm sure many of you are aware of her and her wonderful talent, so you see why I am so thrilled to hold one of her beautiful cards in my hands! Oh, It's even more fabulous IRL too! She sent it as a congratulations on my new design team position with Clear Artistic Stamps, isn't she so very nice! I'm sure she won't mind if we all CASE it, since it also an awesome card sketch, lol! Thank you, Carolina...what a relief that it's safe and sound where it belongs! ; ) Hugs!
