"Ruffles and Bows!"
I made a cute little dish towel with cherries, ruffles and bows
I ironed heat-n-bond onto my fabric qaurter flats, then cut the cherries from Paisley Cartridge
Ivory velvet and organza ruffled trim from Prima Marketing (other ribbon from Offray)
