Hey friends! Happy Saturday! I hope you are having a great weekend so far! Today I finished my entry for the
Graphic 45 February Challenge-#Give LovewithGraphic45! The challenge is to create a love-themed project using Graphic 45 and it wasn't too much of a challenge because G45 has some of the most fabulous, unique and versatile products on the market! For example, I was able to use the gorgeous
G45 Baby 2 Bride collection for my Maya Road heart-shaped baby mini album and I could have used these very same papers for a wedding project, Valentine or a loved-themed project of any kind! And of course, there is no greater love than that of a precious little baby so I've designed this little album for a friend of mine who recently became a new Grandmother to a most sweet baby girl named Felicity. I have some details to add to the inside still and will leave some spaces for small photos and journaling. I hope she likes it and I hope you do too!
I painted the scallop portion of the chipboard front and back a delicate pink in chalky paint from DecoArt which I think gives the album more of a baby feel. I incorporated a variety of Wild Orchid flowers and G45 stickers and chipboard embellishments as well as some other little goodies to the front cover. A baby blue pearl accent adorns each scallop and a fun bright pink faux-leather tassel hangs from the chain along with a chipboard tag with the baby's initials on it.
Here's a peek at the inside pages with some of lovely
Baby 2 Bride collection of patterned papers...
Thanks so much for stopping by and seeing my album today! I hope you have a beautiful and blessed day!
