Whadda Ya Know...

I actually started the week off right and did SCS's Try A New Technique Challenge! Yay for me! ...hahaha! Have you ever made a "Suspension" or "Spinner" card? Oh my Gosh, it is SO much fun! Here is Beate's awesome and easy Suspension/Spinner Card Tutorial so you can make one too!
And what did I think of when I thought of spinning?....cocktails, of course--lol! I always end up spinning after a few cocktails! I used the refreshing "Cocktail Party" set from Unity Stamp Co. Aren't those Chinese lanterns just the cutest?!
And I found out something else I LOVE about this set--maybe Unity does this on all their stamps, I'll have to check--but when I went to stamp my lanterns I realized that where the lanterns are strung, the image is etched all the way to the very edge of the stamp--this means there is NO guess work on where to lay it down when the image is repeated!!! Isn't that exciting! I just want to smooch whoever thought of this over at Unity! See what I mean here...
Pretty close to a perfect line up--Smart!!!
Thanks for visiting me today! Now, off to see what you have been up to over the holiday weekend! ~~hugs and happy stamping~~

How amazingly sweet! I love the festive colour, so pretty & it's so clever how you lined up the lanterns & used the baubles in between. Love it! :0)
