Birthday Wishes & Balloons

Hello and happy Saturday friends. I hope you are enjoying a wonderful weekend so far!
Today I made a card for 2 challenges:
The Poodles Parlour challenge- Going Round In Circles (my little girl image is also from The Poodles Parlour "Digi Garden"...see what you can get when you play along!) :)
My balloons were cut from Once Upon A Princess, scalloped circles cut from Tie The Knot, sentiment from Teeny Tag Greetings by MCT
