She's Magic

Happy Friday the 13th peeps! I was so excited when I saw the Sassy Studio Designs fabulous freebie Friday digi today, she's magic! And their awesome challenge is Leather and Lace, so in the spirit of this SUPER-sticious day and SSD's super fabulous freebie, here's what I made!

 Her name is Queen Gorgo (inspired from the movie 300) and Sassy Studio Designs still has her available for free HERE--but hurry!



















Here is my leather n lace. Those mini leather tags were sorta tan so I rubbed hues of dark blue and purple metallic rub-on medium until I got a look that was satisfying. The lace is recycled  lace scrap trimming from a dress I wore to a wedding when I was 10...my Mom sent it to me along in a box full of childhood memories--this dress wasn't gonna be treasured in any special way, so I decided to scrap it! :)
