Hello There, Spring!

Hi friends and I hope you are having a wonderful day! Here's a little card I made for fun using a couple projects from 2 of my favorite stamp companies, that have almost the same initials, but are very different! MFT and MCT--translation: My Favorite Things and My Creative Time :) I inked up this sweet baby chick from MCT's Hello Spring stamp and die set  (sentiment and mini tag dies also from MCT) and I also tried out my new Fishnet Die-Namics cover up from MFT that just arrived yesterday--L.O.V.E.

I had some extra white paint the other day and a couple tags like this orange one, so I just gently splattered the paint over the tags randomly and let em dry--I like the effect of this one kind of looking like rain showers due to the theme of the card-but alone it reminds me of the 80's, you know that paint splatter look that was a fad back then lol!

So yeah, I just had fun using scraps and playing with baby roses and buttons and tulle and lace, oh-and I also use that small pink mat which I used my homemade embossing/texture paste and a stencil on to create the raised surface design--fun!! :)
