Hello and happy Wednesday!

Today I had fun making my own background using a stencil! This is my brand new 6x6 heart strips stencil from Sa Crafters, a recently discovered and new favorite online store--and I love it! This stencil was only $2.99, super reasonable!! I see tons of possibilities with this stencil too so that's an ever bigger value! Plus, it goes perfectly with Words of Inspiration sentiment set from MFT. {love}

I just took a five color mini inkpad and smooshed it down onto a piece of white card stock. With embellishing, I was trying to clean up my immediate craft space so I used a couple things that were leftover from other projects, like the 5/8" pink crocheted lace from RRR which I colored over the top randomly with a purple copic marker for a more distressed, sort of tye-dye look--and if you know me, you know I tend to be a free spirit with my crafting (a nice way of saying I'm messy as all heck lol)
