"When In Doubt, Travel" Postage Shaped Mini Album

Happy Monday and happy SUMMER! I hope your week is off to a great start! Today I have a quick share--it's a mini album I made last month for a NSD challenge over at Scrapbook.com. I didn't win a prize for this, but that's okay and I still want to share it with you! I just love the MCT Stitched Postage Frame Dies and thought the largest one would work well for a fun travel-themed mini album. Guess what? I was right! This was fun and easy to make and I also had a chance to break into my new Carta Bella Old World Travel paper and sticker collection, yay! Here's my little album...
I started with some cracker and cereal boxes and cut them down to size, then ran them through my Cuttlebug using the biggest postage frame die to make 6 pages and a cover. I did the same thing with my patterned papers, then adhered each paper to the cardboard base and voila! A super easy and cute mini album to decorate to your hearts content! I had a ball decorating the front with a bits of interest like natural twine, Carta Bella stickers, Prima flowers, a metal tassel, crocheted white doily, vintage-inspired paper clip and camera charm....
Charming.
Thanks so much for stopping by on this fine first day of Summer, 2016! Wishing each and every friend reading this a most beautiful, blessed and inspired day!!!
