Beach Bound 2014

Happy Friday! It's all sunshine here in Seattle and I'm feelin' the beach this weekend, how 'bout you?!! : ) We are heading to Ocean Shores tomorrow (after the Kraftin' Kimmie's release party at 7am of course) and I wanted a little album for our beach memories this summer. The cool single ring album that comes with this Faber-Castell Designing with Gelatos Kit was perfect. I started with the cover and I'm just loving it--mixed media art is such a fun and messy process! : )
I absolutely love the "Best Day Ever" exclusive stamp set from Reverse Confetti. It comes with the "Weekend Adventure" Front Porch Kit from The Little Blue House and like I said, it's exclusively made for these one-of-a-kind kits, which are super awesome! I was so lucky to win the Weekend Adventure Front Porch Kit last month from the owner of the LBH, Tracy and since the other Front Porch Kit "Your Time To Shine" is so fabulous too, I went ahead and bought it! So now I get to play with both kits and let me just say, they are incredible--brimming with all kinds of the latest and hottest in crafting, mixed media, not to mention the exclusive stamp from Reverse Confetti that accompanies each kit! Almost too much good stuff....almost. ; )
I must also mention Chic Tags again since I can't seem to stop using their products on every.single.thing. I make as of late!!! Their wood veneer embellishments definitely top my must-have list! These wood sequins from the Cloud 9 collection and the wood luggage from Let's Go Traveling is just a bit of wooden wonder Chic Tags offers. The center focal point of my journal cover with the beach bound vehicle is a journaling tag from the Soak Up The Sun collection (on sale for .99), also from Chic Tags. And a couple gold label stickers from the Cloud 9 collection too.
I love ring albums because I LOVE to decorate them with lots of ribbon--yummers! All this ribbony goodness is from my one and only ribbon supplier, Really Reasonable Ribbon. It's no lie--most reasonable ribbon around. Check and compare, if you dare! ; )
I'm entering this into the Moxie Fab World Photo Pocket Page Challenge: Journaling Cards (beach bound car w/surfboard is my journaling card.)
Ok, I'm done! Thanks for hangin' with me for a bit! Have a totally awesome and blessed weekend dudes!!!
