Project Tuesday on Wednesday

hello friends! I joined in the fun this week with Stamps and Smiles Project Tuesday fun...just a day late--not bad for moi, lol! This week, we made one of my favorite treat/gift holders, Gable Boxes. My box was made with the adorable Cuppy and her little buzzing buddy from the set called Hello Spring! I put a couple of honey and oats granola bars inside and this box is ready to give.

Peek A Boo!

Here I am, lol! Sorry I've been so scarce this past week. Can you believe that I've been out of adhesive and cardstock (including white!) for 5 days!?! It's sorta hard to create without essentials such as these, haha! So anyway, I finally got to the craft store and came straight home to make the fun little Peek A Boo treat holder for Project Tuesday's with Stamps and Smiles. I inked up the mini cupcakes from You Warm My Heart and used the Thank You from Carl The Cupcake.

Project Tuesday's are so much fun with Stamps and Smiles! Hope you join in the fun too! Of course, Stamps and Smiles stamps are always wonderful, but you can use any stamps you want, so c'mon out and play!

Hello friends and happy weekend! It's been a busy week and I have a bunch of stuff to share with you today.

My Sweet News!

Hello and happy Monday! I'm very excited this morning because I finally get to share that I have the honor of being a May guest designer for Stamps and Smiles, a super sweet company recently launched by my friend and probably yours too, Jennifer Meyer! Jennifer has been one of the most supportive and encouraging friends to me since I began stamping almost 2 years ago. She has always been a wonderfully inspiring individual artistically and now she has taken it to the next level with her delightful new stamp line! Last month was her first release and this month she has seriously outdone herself!!! I am in absolute love with every single one of this month's new releases and each day this week, myself and the rest of the Stamps and Smiles design team will be showing sneak peeks of each set! Then, Friday, May 8th at 9pm central is the big Stamps and Smiles BLOG HOP & RELEASE PARTY, with the new stamps releasing at 10pm! It's going to be a blast with lots of fun, games, challenges and giveaways!

Double Pocket Full Of Cuppy Love

Hello again! Here is the project I just completed for the brand new Stamps and Smiles Project Tuesday's Challenge. This is the very first week and they are sure off to a great start with this week's project, the always fabulous and fun-to-make Double Pocket Bag! And once again, it was tons of yummy fun playing with my Cuppy Love set! **A tip if you make one of these and don't already know: use a light-weight patterned paper! As much as I adore this lovely 29th St. Market by My Mind's Eye, it's super thick and there are several scores/folds on this bag, so as you might imagine, it became more and more difficult to properly crease**

Other Supplies Used: white, pretty in pink, dark chocolate cardstock, My Mind's Eye 29th Street Market dp, Scor-Pal, red satin and sheer ribbon (Gina K. pure luxery ribbon), copic markers, ticket corner punch, Darice mini rhinestones, quickie glue pen, Cropadile and 4 large chocolate eyelets, white foam paint, red glitter powder, antique-style buttons, pop dots, red double sided sticky tape.
Hope you can join in the fun too! You can use ANY STAMPS you want to! If you upload your project to Splitcoast, please include "SASPT" in the keywords so we can see what each other has created!
Now a small plug for Jennifer, plus and awesome opportunity for anyone who loves these super sweet stamps as much as I do! Stamps and Smiles is looking for a few more crafters to join their team. Participate in their challenges in April & you will have the chance to be on the Project Tuesday Design Team. They will pick three crafters and announce them on May 12th. **Each designer will get their choice of a FREE Stamps and Smiles stamp set!!

Cupcake-y Luv

Hello, happy Wednesday! I joined in the fun of today's SCS sketch challenge--it was a nice, simple sketch (originally designed by miss Krysti Lee) just perfect for my mood and this is what I came up with.

I'm completely loving my friend Jennifer Meyer's new stamp line called Stamps and Smiles--she is so talented and inspiring and I just adore her! This image is lots of fun to color and I will be playing with it much more to see all the different ways it can be decorated--who doesn't love to decorate yummy cupcakes, right! This frosting turned out to look a bit lit sherbet, which wasn't my intent, but that's the fun of being able to make it anything at all--endless possiblities!
