Here's my card for this week's challange over at Our Creative Corner--Fancy Folds There is tons of inspiration by OCC's design team HERE and they link you right up to several different styles of folded cards, tutorials and all! There are also many many more over at SCS, which is where I found a nice, simple tutorial for my Gatefold card with Score-Pal by Beate. So I hope you are as inspired as I was to join in this challenge! Thanks for stopping by!

A Little OCC Sketch Challenge
Hellooo! Today I'm sharing my card for this week's Our Creative Corner challenge, which is a fabulous little sketch designed by the even more fabulous Laurie Schmidlin. There is still plenty of time to join in the fun and post a link of your creation at the OCC for everyone to enjoy! I inked up my Gina K. set called My Cuppa Joe, illustrated by one of my idols, Rupa Shevde (I adore that lady!)
Thanks for stoppin' by my blog and have a most awesome day!! xoxo

I made this card for 2 challenges. SCS's Technique Lover's Challenge to do a speckled background....hey, I tried! lol! It doesn't show up here, but I did get a nice effect on the card. I also played along in this weeks Our Creative Corner challenge to make something with a snowman or snowflakes or both! I just love this darling snowfamily from Cornish Heritage Farms. Thanks for visiting me! hugs and happy creating!

My First OCC Challenge!
I must have been living under a rock! My friend, Jennifer M. (one super sweet gal) has created a fabulous blog where a group of amazing--and I mean AMAZING--ladies offer up weekly challenges with loads of inspiration to get your creative juices flowing! It is called Our Creative Corner...and I'm in love! This week the theme is Handmade For The Holidays--check it out--if you play along and post by 10/31, you have a chance to win an awesome little prize package!
Here is what I came up with, no big deal-quick and easy.

Supplies: $1 candle, $1 fluted glass, Gina K stamps "The Magic Of Christmas", ribbon and gold trim, Crafty Secrets Christmas image, circle punches, bling-n-dazzle flower, red bling dot, gold embossing powder, heat gun, mini scallop scissors, plastic berries, chocolate stir sticks. Thanks so much for visiting me. I will be posting some sneak peeks of the upcoming releases for Clear Dollar Stamps later today, so stay tuned. :)
